Today, we will spend a busy day with 2 excursions:
City tour of the enchanting city:
Cathedral "Sameba" (“The Holy Trinity” is a symbol of Georgian rebirth, unity and immortality.) It rises in the center of Tbilisi on top of Mount St. Ilya. 
Metekhi Church (5th century) is a beautiful and proud symbol of Tbilisi.
Fortress "Narikala"in the courtyard of which there is a beautiful temple. At the walls of the fortress, turrets have been restored from which you will have the opportunity to take memorable photographs. Amazing views open up from the fortress wall.
A visit to the modern architectural masterpiece - the Bridge of Peace and Rike Park.
On the left bank of the bridge is the temple of Sioni (famous for its miraculous icons), which we will also visit. 
Optional: Next, we will relax a little by visiting the Bagrationi 1882 sparkling wine factory, where we will get acquainted with the history of the factory and taste 5 types of sparkling wine in the tasting room, accompanied by an appetizer of fruit, cheese and Georgian bread  (additional $ 25 1 person).
Departure in Mtskheta.
Optional: Here we will visit a home wine cellar, where we will have a tasting of Georgian wines and chacha. Tasting is carried out from clay bowls. Homemade wine of 2 varieties - red, white, as well as chacha. The taster himself is a historian and winemaker, and during the tasting he will tell you the whole history of grape culture and wine production in Georgia. Lunch here with lessons of Georgian national cuisine (additional fee on the spot 20 USD per person) 
Mtskheta is the oldest city, the first capital of Georgia, the soul of this amazing country. Here you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with:
Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (XI century). It is also the Cathedral of the 12 Apostles. At its base rests the Chiton of the Lord. Thanks to this shrine, Mtskheta is called the “second Jerusalem”.
We will climb to the Jvari Monastery (V c), from where a beautiful panorama of the ancient capital opens (there is a church with the same name in Jerusalem). According to legend, this temple was erected over the stump of the cedar that exuded fragrant oil (myrrh), under which the enlightener of Georgia, Saint Nino, prayed.
Return to Tbilisi. Free time.

Today you will learn everything about the birthplace of Georgian winemaking and hospitality. Conveniently located in the east of Georgia Kakheti.
Waiting for you along the way incredible tasting at the famous Kakhetian wine factory (Kakhetian traditional winemaking).
We will stop at Sighnaghi - the city of love. This cozy city perfectly combines elements of southern Italian and Georgian architectural subtleties.
Let's visit monastic and episcopal complex of St. George - convent "Bodbe". The Basilica of St. Nino is located here, and after descending into its miraculous springs, you can make a wish that will surely come true (walking 30 minutes). 
Optional: Visiting a wine cellar in Sighnaghi, tasting various types of wine and Georgian vodka - chacha. (optional, $10 per person)
Return to Tbilisi. Transfer for dinner to one of the best restaurants in Tbilisi, where you will find a delicious national dinner and famous Georgian wine, and all this accompanied by music and dance (if desired, dinner can be rescheduled for another day, only the transfer will not be included)

You can consider such optional excursions as:

1. Ananuri, Gudauri, Kazbegi

2. Vardzia – Akhaltsikhe – Rabat

3. Excursion to Kutaisi + Prometheus and Sataplia caves (boating).

Breakfast in the hotel. Excursion to Borjomi and Bakuriani.
Borjomi is a region of incredible beauty and healing power.
Here we will visit the famous National Park where you can taste one of the most famous mineral waters in the world directly from the spring.
Then we will go to Bakuriani. Crystal clear air, incredible beauty of the mountains - everything you need for an excellent and healthy holiday.
Return to Tbilisi. Overnight at the hotel.

Departure for an excursion to Gori and Uplistsikhe.
First stop in Gori - the city where Joseph Stalin was born, and now his museum is located, which we will visit.
Next visit "Uplistsikhe" - an amazing city founded at the end of the 2nd millennium BC. This ancient fortress is a grandiose titanic work to create an entire city from the stone firmament.
Return to Tbilisi. Overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel.  Optional:  Wine tour to Kakheti:
Today we are heading to the east of Georgia.
Through the Gombori pass we will go to New Shuamta, enjoy these beauties of the Kakheti valley and take many memorable photos.   
Arrival in Telavi - the administrative center of Kakheti, where the famous Mimino never got through. Here we will see: Alaverdi - Monastery of St. George, founded in the 11th century. 
A visit to the palace of Prince Alexander Chavchavadze in Tsinandali, in this palace we will see a unique park, a winery, in the cellars of which wines are stored, the oldest of which were produced back in 1814.
Here we will hold a tasting of the best wines (5 best Kakhetian wines).  
We will see a tree whose age exceeds 900 years in the same historical objects of Telavi.
In order to feel and understand what a combination of Georgian winemaking traditions with Western quality standards is like, we will visit the Schuhmann Wines wine house and taste 2 varieties of wine.  Return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 8

Breakfast in the hotel.  Transfer to Tbilisi airport. End of service.
