Tour program

Day 1. May 26, 2024

We flew to Angola and start our journey from the capital city of the country Luanda one of the most mysterious countries in Africa. The first thing we will visit is iron palace, the famous and mysterious building, about which there are many stories. Next awaits us Church of Nossa Señora da Nazare and other sights of the capital.

Day 2. May 27, 2024

Let's go to town Malanje with a stop at the Ndalatando Botanical Garden. Moving to the lodge calandula, where we will visit the waterfalls of the same name tomorrow.

Day 3. May 28, 2024

Tonight we'll meet the waterfalls Calandula - waterfalls that ordinary travelers do not see. Further mountains Pedras Negras to Pungo Andongo - a large number of huge stones of various shapes, towering over the savannah like a herd of some kind of cyclopean beasts. In the evening we go back to the capital Luanda.

Day 4. 29 May 2024

Today we fly to the south of the country to the city Lubango, we meet with the guide, a small city tour if there is time and we go to the lodge.

Day 5. 30 May 2024

Let's go to Chibia. Visiting Tribes Koi-san, Mamuia and mountain Mamuila.  The simple Mumuila are a Bantu tribe engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding. The women of this tribe richly decorate their hair with clay and glass beads, and wear thick necklaces made of shellfish and beads, which indicate their marital and social status. After Mamuil's visit, we will move to the mountainous regions to visit the Mumuila mountain tribe. They are a subgroup of the simple Mumuila who moved to more mountainous areas in the west to better preserve their culture from Portuguese colonization.

Day 6. 31 May 2024

Let's go to Namibe according to the famous Serra da Leba pass to the Atlantic coast. Tribe visit Mukubal - Representatives of the Herero ethnic group. Mukubal are semi-nomadic pastoralists. They lead a cyclical lifestyle, engaged in animal husbandry and agriculture. Cattle are killed only in special cases, the basis of the diet is chicken meat, eggs, milk and corn. Upon arrival in Namibe - a short walk around the city. If time permits, an evening photo session of fishermen in the city of Tombois. Tombois has long been the largest fishing port.

Day 7. June 1, 2024

This day will start with an early breakfast at the lodge, after which we set off into the city tombwawhere we will spend time with local fishermen. We will visit the historic fishermen's church and then go to Kolinas canyonreminiscent of red canyon in USA. In the evening we return to Luanda. 

Day 8. June 2, 2024

This day includes a relaxing breakfast at a Luanda hotel and then an excursion to the fortress Saint Miguel, cChurch of Nossa Señora dos Remedios and Monument of the Unknown Soldier. The day ends with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant and a tour of government area, the end of the day - farewell to the team at the airport.

The cost of the tour per person when staying in a double room: 2780 Euro.
