We are all now like in a movie. I would like to believe that this is not with us, and if it is with us, then let it end soon.

Until 24.04 we live with you in emergency mode.
And there are 3 most important questions from tourists:
1) What will happen to the money for tours that are canceled for the period of quarantine with a departure date before 24.04.
2) Do we need to cancel tours for summer, autumn?
3) We want to return the money, go nowhere and never want to. What to do?

We answer in order:
1) What will happen to the money for tours that are canceled during the quarantine.
All operators made it possible to rebook tours for new dates at a price online. We were able to find the same cost for some tourists for the summer-autumn, in some directions it was possible to do this only with a surcharge. The airlines did the same. A / c UIA went to a meeting, all individual tourists were rebooked without surcharges, groups with a surcharge of $ 30 per person, Wizz Air made it possible to rebook only at current prices on the website for new dates (all online prices are higher than they were in the booking) . It is the option of changing dates that we advise you to consider, since you have already paid for part of the tour at a low rate, and the currency equivalent has been fixed!

2) Do we need to cancel tours for summer, autumn?
Here the decision is solely yours: you agree to pay a fine under the contract (everyone has an individual one) - then yes, you can cancel. If you do not agree, then it is better to remain calm and switch in the summer after such a long quarantine. You have already repeatedly checked that the money invested in a vacation is always returned in a larger amount!

What else we want to advise from ourselves: if it is possible to rebook for other dates, then ideally make a decision right away. Yes, it's difficult, holidays, etc. But do not wait for the moment when everyone will fly. The cost of air and hotels will only be higher. There is a possibility - take dates from July to November and tune in to your planned trip!

For all our personal operator programs (“Calypso expeditions”, sightseeing tours around the world, corporate tours), we returned money to tourists (except for the cost of visas), rebooked for new dates from July 2020 without additional payments or with minimal additional payments. We also continue to work on new programs and alternative travel options after quarantine! We and travel will definitely not be the same! :) We are catching a wave!
