Lviv is not only Kryivka and the High Castle. But this too!

Every person has had a rest in Lviv at least once in their life! Or rather, once a year. We love this city. We like to spend the weekend, strolling slowly through the streets, enjoying the smells of this city. It seems to me that almost everyone can take a tour of Lviv and its cafes.

But I propose to slightly diversify the program and add zest, so that not only Lviv dances and syrniki would be remembered, but also a little history.

1) I suggest not just walking and drinking coffee. Take a coffee tour of 3 coffee shops with tastings. If you are not a fan of excursions at all, when entering a coffee shop, read about the coffee that you will order or ask the waiters. So many interesting things sealed coffee, Turkish and Viennese. There is no limit to perfection!

2) Excursion "Night guard of Lviv" is a great alternative to the nightlife of the city. You will see Lviv from the other side. If you really want to, then fly in your thoughts to the 18-19th century, you will be glad that you live in the 21st :). Very instructive sometimes.

3) Walk through the Lviv dungeons, take a look at the master class at the Chocolate Master, see how coffee is produced.

4) If you have another free day, drive around the castles of the Golden Horseshoe Lviv region: Podgortsy - Olesko - Zolochiv. You can by car, you can take a sightseeing bus from Lviv.

The most beautiful castle located in the village of Podgortsy.

It was built in 1635-1640 at the suggestion of the crown hetman Stanislav Konetspolsky. It looks very impressive from the outside, although it is not in the best shape - the castle is undergoing an endless restoration.

Olesko castle is more severe and much more like a classic castle. By car, you can only drive up to the foot of the hill on which the castle stands. The ascent to the castle is easy - through a slightly neglected park.

Zolochevsky castle. I will say right away that during the construction no one thought about the photogenicity of the castle (they could not even imagine such a term then) - the main task of the designers was the impregnability of the fortress. You need to see the castle complex alive, around you - only in this way you can comprehend its majesty.
