The classic route through the ancient cities of Uzbekistan is a journey through the main and most famous historical sights, all the most grandiose, significant and must-see, without which it is impossible to fully form the image of Uzbekistan in your head.

Tour program
Day 1. Arrival in Tashkent. Tashkent (excursion).
Meeting at the airport, transfer and hotel accommodation. Breakfast.
Tashkent - the multifaceted capital of modern Uzbekistan. The architecture of Tashkent is striking in its diversity: these are archaeological monuments from the time of Zoroastrianism, which are already more than 2200 years old, and architectural masterpieces of the Middle Ages, and monumental palaces of the late 19th century, and modern buildings. Oriental bazaars, like hundreds of years ago, come to life with the first rays of the sun and attract visitors with an abundance of juicy fruits and vegetables, thick aromas of freshly baked bread, cakes and samsa.
Excursion around Tashkent: Khast-Imam square, Barak-Khan madrasah, Kafal-al-Shashi Mazar mausoleum, Kukeldash madrasah, the oldest bazaar of Tashkent - Chorsu. After lunch - continuation of the tour: Independence Square, Amir Temur Square, a walk through the central part of Tashkent.

Day 2. Tashkent - Samarkand (330 km, 4-5 hours). Samarkand (excursion).
Breakfast. Transfer to Samarkand. Hotel accommodation.
Excursion around Samarkand: Gur-Emir Mausoleum - the tomb of the Great Tamerlane, the most famous square in Central Asia - Registan (Ulugbek Madrasah, Sher-Dor Madrasah, Tillya-Kari Madrasah), the famous Siab Bazaar.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3. Samarkand (excursion). Samarkand - Bukhara (280 km, 4.5 h).
Breakfast. Continuation of the excursion around Samarkand: Bibi-Khanum Mosque, architectural ensemble Shakhi-Zinda, Ulugbek Observatory.
Moving to Bukhara - an ancient city founded in the VI century. BC, a major trading post on the Silk Road and one of the main centers of Islam in the world. Here you will see more than 140 architectural monuments of all eras, starting from the 9th century. The historical center of Bukhara is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Hotel accommodation.

Day 4. Bukhara (excursion).
Breakfast. Excursion in Bukhara: Samanid mausoleum, Chashma Ayub tomb, Bolo-Khauz complex, ancient Ark fortress, Poi-Kalyan complex, Abdulaziz Khan madrasah, Ulugbek madrasah, Lyabi-Khauz ensemble, Kukeldash madrasah, Nadir Divanbegi madrasah, trading domes.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5. Bukhara - Khiva (440 km, 7 hours).
Breakfast. Moving to Khiva through the famous the Kyzyl-Kum desert along Amudarya rivers. Hotel accommodation.
Khiva, which is already more than 2500 years old, is a city-museum of ancient Khorezm, a bright and almost untouched example of a medieval eastern city.
Walking through the historic district Itchan-Kale - the inner part of Old Khiva, the State Museum-Reserve.

Day 6. Khiva (excursion).
Breakfast. Excursion in Khiva (Ichan-Kale): Pahlavan Mahmud complex, Kunya-Ark fortress, Islam Khoja madrasah and minaret, Tash Khauli palace, Allakuli Khan madrasah, Juma mosque, minaret and madrasah of Muhammad Amin Khan. Overnight at the hotel in Khiva.
Day 7. Khiva - Urgench (30 km, 30 min). Urgench - Tashkent.
Check-out from the hotel until 12:00.
Free time in Khiva.
People continue to live in this historical "museum". Here you can walk for hours along the stone pavement and look at the skillful carvings on the wooden columns of the Juma Mosque, get into the very heart of Ichan-Kala - Kunya-Ark fortress, where there is an excellent observation deck, or you can climb a narrow spiral staircase to the very top Minaret Islam Khoja, from where a stunning panorama of the ancient city opens, located next to the vast Kyzyl-Kum desert.
Transfer to Urgench airport. Departure from Urgench to Tashkent by evening flight. Meeting at the Tashkent airport, transfer and hotel accommodation.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8. Tashkent - flight home.
Transfer to the airport. End of the tour program.
